There should be a desire in every child of God to learn and grow. If there is not this desire we need to find out the spiritual ailment we are suffering from - babes desire milk , children desire bread ,and meat is for men. These are spiritual concepts.
When we talk preparation for ministry we must keep in mind that this is not a suggestion in the kingdom of God. Preparation is part of the process of our lives - each step we take comes because of the step we took before.There was a great warning from the heart of the apostles to young ministers with phrases such as ;
"...not a novice,lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil."
